Kevin L. Stephens, CPA is the founder and Managing Member of Stephens & Company PLLC, an innovative firm of Certified Public Accountants. The firm has offices in both Flagstaff and Phoenix, where it guides a broad range of forward-thinking, entrepreneurial clients with assurance, tax, and advisory services. Kevin has been practicing public accounting for over 25 years and has previously served as a partner at both Frost, Stephens & Company PC and HintonBurdick PLLC. Kevin was recognized as the 2015 Outstanding Accounting Alumni at Northern Arizona University where he earned a degree in Accounting. He is the long-time color commentator for television and radio broadcasts of Northern Arizona University football, where he played quarterback many, many years ago. Kevin loves playing golf, water-skiing, and eating great food.
Roger T. Bollard

Roger T. Bollard has worked in public accounting his entire career. He owned and operated his own practice for over 40 years and is excited to bring his knowledge and expertise to Stephens Advisors, PLLC. Over the years, he has worked with numerous clients across various industries but has developed a strong presence in the medical industry. His longevity in the field can be attributed to his ability to help his clients reach their goals, both operationally and financially. Roger enjoys identifying issues and finding satisfactory resolutions through research, planning & implementation. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and biking outdoors, tending to his yard and cheering on his favorite teams - the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Sam Fisher

Sam Fisher, senior manager at Stephens & Company, PLLC, has been practicing in public accounting for over 20 years, beginning at his father’s accounting firm when he was a teenager. Sam also has over 15 years of working experience in the private sector, including the construction, non-profit, educational, and medical communities. He currently works with a wide variety of clients throughout the United States in industries that include hospitality, construction, real estate, agriculture, and non-profit. He also provides off-site Controller services for clients who needs his expertise. Sam enjoys assisting clients expand and reach their business, accounting, and financial goals. He is involved with the community and enjoys the beauty that Northern Arizona provides.
Jeff Olsen. CPA

Jeff Olsen, is a CPA and manager at Stephens & Company and has been in the tax and accounting industry for several years. Jeff has a breadth of experience in tax, accounting, and assurance services. He specializes in small business and non-profit tax planning, strategy, and preparation. He enjoys saving our clients time and money by streamlining their accounting and planning for their short and long-term tax goals. Jeff enjoys providing VIP accounting and tax services to clients in the medical professional services industry. Jeff is involved with the non-profit community and currently serves as the West Flagstaff Little League volunteer treasurer. Jeff and his wife love living in northern Arizona with their four young children. They enjoy spending time in the beautiful Flagstaff outdoors, hiking, riding bikes, playing sports, and going to the park. He also enjoys building Legos, playing board games, and playing "Fruit-Basket-Tip-Over" with his family.
Paul A. Fox, CPA

Paul Fox graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2010 with his degree in accounting. He is a CPA who excels at finding innovative accounting and tax solutions to his client’s problems. Paul has worked with a number of entities to help implement streamlined cloud-based accounting systems to help them make the most of their company’s resources. He works with a wide variety of clients throughout Arizona in industries that include hospitality, construction and non-profits. Paul was born and raised in Arizona and enjoys getting outdoors, whether it’s camping or fishing or just enjoying a short hike with his family. He also has a deep appreciation for chocolate milk and is considered by many to be one of the foremost experts on peanut butter M&Ms.
Caroline Herrington, CPA

Caroline Herrington graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Honors from the University of Arizona where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French in 2014. She then earned a Master in Business Administration degree with an accounting emphasis from Northern Arizona University in 2015. Caroline loves the problem solving and critical thinking that is required in public accounting, as well as the variety that comes from the different aspects of the tax, accounting, and assurance work. Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and stubborn dachshund and filling her grumbling stomach with food from one of the many local restaurants in Flagstaff.
Travis Cavanaugh, CPA

Travis graduated from Northern Arizona University with degrees in Business Administration: Finance and Accountancy in 2019. After moving from Queen Creek, AZ to Flagstaff to attend school, Travis is excited to make Flagstaff his new home. He is currently working towards obtaining his CPA while continuing his education at NAU. Travis enjoys working with clients and makes a vested interest in their lives and success. After work, Travis enjoys watching and playing sports, finding a great show, and spending time with his wife and kids.
Debbie McKee

Debbie McKee is a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor and has worked in public accounting for more than 30 years. Debbie enjoys shouldering clients' accounting burden that is a necessary evil to the success of any business, so they can build their businesses and find work-life balance. She can help by training clients how to use their software or taking on the chore for them. Her two favorite responses from a client are "Wow, I can do that" or "Thank you, I really didn't want to do this." Debbie enjoys reading and crocheting. She loves spending time with her two grandchildren, daughter, and husband of 40+ years.
Sara Palmer, cpa

Sara Palmer graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. Sara is QuickBooks Online certified and loves working with cloud-based accounting software and finding ways to promote efficiency in our clients’ business processes. She is involved with accounting services, as well as tax preparation for our clients. She is also currently working toward becoming a Certified Public Accountant. In her free time, Sara enjoys reading, running, hiking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Ashleigh Norton graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2020. She enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their business goals. In her free time, Ashleigh loves to play board games with friends and family, go off-roading with her husband, and eat chips and salsa. If Ashleigh is ever out of the office, you can find her at Disneyland, Target or In-n-Out.
